After beginning my career testing graphic design software, I worked as a Product Specialist where I became immersed in all facets of the UI & UX design experience. Designing interfaces to be smart and intuitive afforded me the opportunity to perfect many of the skills I routinely rely on today: graphic design, image editing, layout, technical writing, usability, as well as evaluating, planning, and prototyping.

UI/UX design also taught me the inherent need for following a process, the ultimate objective being to maximize the user experience.

Success resides in the process. It’s in the knowledge you gain, the mistakes you learn from and challenges you overcome.
