SSO Migration Plan

One of the most intense evaluation processes I have ever been involved in was when the U.S. Air Force finally decided to move forward with my development team’s recommendation to streamline the login process between two converging application systems; the CarePoint portal and it’s predecessor, the CarePoint Healthcare Application Suite (CHAS). As the Interface Designer and UX expert for my team the project landed squarely on my shoulders.

This involved working closely with both development teams, cross functional experts, and a myriad of DoD stakeholders to produce the detailed process workflow shown below.
